streamlines entire organizational processes from recruitment to employee
separation which consist of the following modules mainly:
Human Resource Management System (HRMS): HRMS forms the
backbone of the Organization as it allows creating and managing the
organizational structure. Using this application all the employee details can be
created and managed like creating new employee, managing employee’s
association with project, managing employee deployment at various locations and
employee separation.
Leave Management System (LMS): LMS allows the Stakeholders to create
Policies for Leave Application and Approval. It allows User to manage their leave
account, apply leave, edit leave and get them approved. Using LMS User is
allowed access to Compensation in lieu of work done on holidays/weekly off.
