Description: This web portal is to manage the RAF score and its audit for the medical forms of the patients shared by hospitals. It has different masters to manage users, medical codes, providers, error reasons etc. It has the workflow to do RAF score entering patients medical forms. It also has many different MIS reports related to RAF for submission to clients as well as to different coders work auditing.
