- As a customer facing consultant, designed VUI, Speech User Interface templates, best practice templates & standards for speech applications for Contact Center Implementations across the globe. This included business problem understanding, requirement analysis and detailing, solution development, QE, UAT and deployment (Go-Live). • 2007 - 2010

- Lead feature implementation of the wealth management product - Thomson ONE. With Engineering Team, design and develop high performing data-intensive wealth management platform that provided Wealth Managers with instant access to the crucial company, industry, and event information.• 2010 - 2014

- Managed CPG, Retail BI product for IRI while reengineering legacy features and products to monetize on the capabilities built in the past. Directed development, QA team and Tech Writing efforts towards achieving team and product development goals, objectives, and milestones
