BASE is an integrated educational services organization that offers student training, teacher training and consultancy services to educational institutions. As the leader in student training, BASE prepares students, to take on highly competitive exams like JEE (MAIN & ADVANCED), NEET, CET, KVPY, NTSE and Olympiads. Till date, thousands of students have succeeded in various competitive exams like JEE, NEET and CET, from BASE in Karnataka. The organisation runs 5 centers and 2 colleges which touches a total student strength of around 5000 members across Karnataka in one year along with a very professional community of tutors strength of 500 members. Working with BASE has been an interesting experience so far and a very insightful and enriching experience.

· With good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and proactive attitude, I worked as a part of the OMR team from August 2011 to August 2013. This included scanning and extraction of OMR’s of PUCET, IIT, Medical Excel and F-SnT. Creating and Uploading the Test results in BASIS (internal application).
Ø System Administrator (July 2009 to July 2011)
· With familiarity in supporting and administering cloud services, experience with cloud computing and excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, partner management, and communication skills I was responsible for maintenance of Windows Servers and Windows XP Systems.
· As an overall in-charge of VSAT Remote centers (30 centers located across Karnataka) I was responsible for providing L2 technical support (16x7) & service through telephone & email.
· Key responsibilities also included installing TrainNet software to VSAT centers through remote control (remote desktop, real vnc), handling servers for Online Education; AV/Database (SQL 2000)/Recording Server. Troubleshooting client system through remote control tools.
· I was also overall in-charge for WebEx (with centers located in Doha, Qatar). I was responsible for providing technical support & service through telephone & email. Troubleshooting client system through remote control tools, supporting Professors during their Online Sessions through WebEx, VSAT were a few key responsibilities.
· I was also responsible for the troubleshooting network issues like mapped drives, network printer, and adhoc troubleshooting. I assisted personnel of other departments as a computer resource.
· I provided technical support in classrooms, Copying and Checking of documents/files while ensuring adequate preparation for the classes. I was also responsible for providing tech support to BASE centers across Bangalore.
· Provided first/second line support for all compute, storage, and networking infrastructure issues for the local team
