PROJECT DETAILS

Sigma OSS Systems:

Vodafone-Ziggo: - Vodafone-Ziggo is the largest cable telecommunication operator in Netherlands which offers services like High Speed Data, Voice, Video. Sigma deals with order management and service provisioning systems for all the line of business which includes high speed data, voice, analog and digital video services, Wi-Fi, triple play services.

The Mobility Project will be divided into two phases:

1.     Phase 1: Provide new BSS/OSS architecture for mobile services in Barbados Migration of existing mobile subscribers in Barbados in Carillion / SMP platforms.

2.     Phase 2: Migration of existing mobile subscribers in BTC(Bahamas) and other markets in Carillion/SMP platforms, launch of End-State Mobility.

·        Docker builds deployment activities.

·        Worked on development of components like service definition, tech impact, tech cartridge and protocol code by using TCP/IP socket and soap protocol.

·        Develop Web services which is responsible to interact with other systems using SOAP Protocol.

·        Worked on updating processes in Technical Cartridges (which acts as adapters to network elements) for all LOB’s.

·        CIT, Pre - SIT testing and defect fixes and for all LOB’s.

·        Also performing Defect Management for the trouble tickets raised by Operations Teams and discussing the code fixes which are provided by Development and its impact on the Live Customer and Reference Data.

·        Worked on CIT test case preparation, execution and review of test results

·        Conducted Sessions for Mobility, since this was implemented for the first time by me.
