 Actively involved in Loan Review Process where we set up the loan for underwriting review.

 Indexing of documents

 Reviewing the appraisal report and provided documents with the appraisal report to maintain quality control.

 Verifying the error and sending back to the appraiser for corrections.

 Delivering the file to borrower if the appraisal has no revision needed.

 Verifying the current market value of the subject a property.

 Verifying the comparable properties that have sold recently, especially those that are similar in size and location to the home buying. Their sale

prices are usually the most important factor.

 Verifying general condition, quality of construction and age of the property.

 Check the adjustments regarding the location of the property, including views or other remarkable features.

 Verifying the Size and features of the home and property, including the number of bedrooms and baths.

 Checking structural improvements such as additions and remodeled rooms

 Checking features and amenities such as swimming pools and wood flooring.
