S&P Data on Snowflake

Role: Product Owner

·        Provided a Cloud-hosted solution reducing On-premise infrastructure dependency for our clients. 

·        Worked on our proprietary Loader application to push Xpressfeed content by S&P into Snowflake.

·        Coordinated with Cloud Engineering &DB operations teams to standup AWS Host environments.

·        Brainstormideas and adopt best practices with Security team’s approval for the Architecture adopted to establish connection from AWS EC2 instances to Snowflake warehouse using AWS private link.

·        Collaborate with other Content owners/Product Managers from DMS and prioritize the release of content setsin phases based on client needs and market demand.

·        Review cloud costs incurred during ingestion, replication, and distribution of data across data centers with Business Owners.

·        Coordinate with Marketing team on release timelines and GTM activities.

·        Involved in client onboarding/migration from On-premise setup towards the cloud hosted solution and come up with entitlement strategy for existing XF clients as well as new prospects.  

Xpressfeed Cloud Native Loader

Role: Product Owner

·        Working on the MVP version ofBrowser basedapplication to extract and deploy financial data from a compressed delimited text file/s into a Relational Database Management System.

·        State-full application built using Spring Boot Micro services and embedded H2 database with a Browser based user-friendly front-end built using React JavaScript.

·        With evolving technologies and ways to deploy & host applications on cloud, the application is built to support Containerization and Docker deployments.
