Fund Marketing & Order Management

Role Vice President, Technology

- Review & finalize the project requirements and timelines with Business Users.

- Architected the System from scratch and finalized the Tech stack.

- Currently, 12 individuals are reporting directly to me across 3 projects.

- Playing the Scrum Master role for the past 6 months.

- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the projects/features.

 - IT System Owner for all the Systems under the FMOM umbrella and hence responsible for

 approving any change in and around the ecosystem.

Description Fund Marketing & Order Management system is responsible for managing two types of

 investment divisions, namely, Mutual Funds and Alternative Investments (Hedge Funds,

 Private Equity & Real Estate).

 The full order life cycle starts from capturing the investor’s indication of interest in

 investing to order creation(Subscription & Redemption) and fully automated integration

 with various fund houses and custodians.
