TIVOLI WORKLOAD SCHEDULER
· Having extensive experience in executing scheduled jobs on timely driven environment by providing L2/L3 Level support in Production and QA environments.
· Also responsible for analyzing the root cause of the issues related to the batch jobs with respect to the problem case and providing fix/workarounds.
· Investigating Carry Forward Schedules and follow up with Operations and/or customers.
· Provide support on the Weekend and Month end outages.
· Creating and managing event rules.
· Generating Forecast of Jobs/Schedules upon customer request.
· knowledge on Scripting and SQL queries.
ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for Troubleshooting, Agent Installation, Upgrade, Job Scheduling and solving problems by collaborating with multiple teams in bridge calls.
· Administrating 13 Master servers connected with 500+ FTA’s in which thousands of jobs being triggered per hour.
· Working with managing various objects using TDWC managing console/TWS commands via conman or composer.
· Managing the team of 5+ members in a shift by help fixing the issues and work collaboratively by planning and executing the tasks on time.
· Taking care of password reset activities on Unix, Linux and Windows systems.
· Providing access to the users for self service to TDWC to monitor or work on Adhoc requests on their own.
· Coordinating with AZURE team on TWS on prem to Azure migration on 300+ FTA's.
· Migrating the objects from on Prem to Azure systems and switching to Azure with a planned outage by collaborating with Azure and other teams.
· Attending account meeting and act accordingly.
