Roles & Responsibilities:

·     Responsible for testing AP process in UAT environment in testing period.

·     Creating and updating defect cases in ALM application.

·     Prepared SOPs for AP process based on AS IS and TO BE method.

·     Providing training to END USERs.

·     Supporting the legacy team during Go Live phase and hyper care period.

·     Attending daily calls with project implementation team.

·     Responsible for creating tickets for defects and configuration errors in Go Live.

·     Coordinating with client and project team for any gaps related to legacy process and S4 Hana process after implementation.

·     Responsible for tracking and updating of exceptions in hyper care period and providing the solution.

·     Responsible to provide support to the legacy team after Go Live and hyper care period.
