• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

• Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications

• Design and develop a complete documentation suite: technical specifications,product and functional requirements

• Coordinate work of other technical writers to track and fix documentation defects

• Writing and editing technical documents, including user manuals, tutorials, and web pages.

• Describe the technical functionality of different tools available ins software applications 

• Writing the new user manual for tools and enhance their working procedures and usability 

• Working with subject-matter experts to gather information, identify relevant data and audiences, and write documents that are clear and user friendly.
