 Ability to dismantle and re-assemble parts of engines and test benches.

 Hands on experiences in drawing layout and generate prototype hardware

 Ability to assemble/disassemble BLDC (SPM and IPM) development sample (Proto sample) for testing.

 Ability to establish a sustainable wiring harnesses for automobile  Ability to troubleshoot and fix the electrical issues (Wiring Harness) in the engine

 Ability to assemble and disassemble of mechanical parts in engine

 Sustainable understanding hardware architecture and functional operations

 Track test vehicle issues and document all issues and corrective actions.

 Product feasibility on test bench for respective applications, which includes - Application trials such as StartStop, Temperature Measurement, Range Test etc.

 Track test vehicle issues and document all issues and corrective actions.

 Planning test bench availability and handling tests benches individually

 Responsible for mounting starters & alternators, fixing accelerometers , routing and programming vibration test benches as per validation requirement

 Responsible for carrying out performance test for BLDC and Starter motor

 Preparing thermocouples , fixing thermocouples on E-motor, Starter and Alternator for thermal mapping study for internal & customer validations

 Carrying out insulation strength and leakage tests for electrical sub-assemblies after environmental & climatic tests

 Data acquisition from starter motor , alternators & e-motor for noise analysis

 Validation reports preparation for customer approval
