· Keeping the clients updated on their orders, introduce new clients in the market.

· Punching orders on bolt, advising daily market trade.

· Research information, market outlook, order & trade details and confirmations.

· Update and follow up of KYC login process in back office.

·        Provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

·        Keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information to Client.

·        Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material,

·        Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested on             phone calls and through Emails.

·        Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present monthly Sales and Analysis Report.

·        Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

·        Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events and , exhibition.
