 As part of my assignments, I was involved in Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development, Testing and Support of SAP BRIM applications. My specialization is in Subscription Business processes.

 Worked in Customer Mater Data setup, Product Modelling using Advanced Variant Configuration, Order Management, Subscription Contract management, ODI setup etc.

 Good understanding of FICA, Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation related business process for subscription Industry.

 10+ years of experience in Utility domain working with Customer Engagement, Device Management, Advanced Metering Infrastructure and Customer Service modules with experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects, Solution upgrade, Support, and Migration projects.

 Involved in activities of configuration & customization, gathering business requirements, functional specification, creating BPP, Handling Complex Change Requests, Defect Testing, Go-live & Support, and leading collaborative working team.

 Experience in client handling. Deputed at client side(Sharjah , Kuala Lumpur) during explore and golive phases of various implementation projects.
