Payroll & Timekeeping
· Calculating payable days after taking reference from attendance report.
· Providing inputs w.r.t. leaves, deductions in the Payroll data
· Fetching reports from LMS like time-sensitive, leave status, LWP.
· In case of any discrepancy identified & notifying Reporting Manager to take appropriate action
· Maintaining accurate Variable Data & sending information to account.
· Handling reimbursements as per entitlement.
Performance Management System
· Lunch PMS system after final discussion by management.
· Responsible for run oxygen survey and linked with PMS.
· Responsible for Designing PMS calendar.
· Coordinating with all HOD for finalize team member’s goal, KPA, KRA to get positive results.
· Prepare eligible employees department wise data.
· Responsible for preparing Rating sheet.
· Responsible for Designing of Bell curve Process.
· Prepare department wise rating distribution sheet as per the final bell curve as finalize by Management
· Integration of Performance Appraisal with Employee ration
· Responsible for Designing of Learning and grooming Trainings entire staff from top to bottom
· Responsible for Performance Appraisal (Mid Term as well as Annual)
· Ensure through implementation of balance Score card system for entire staff from top to bottom
· Responsible for Salary structuring as well as restructuring also prepare and release Increment Letters
· Responsible for coming with new strategies & ideas leading to employee retention.
