As per my current role, I am managing team daily scrum huddle and mentoring them for the challenges they are facing and I am devoting my 60% to 70% of time on development. Currently leading 3 product line and part of designing framework and optimization for better throughput.
Projects
Problem: Current running framework was using physical servers and there was no way for scaling, also the cast was going day by day higher. System was not stable.
Solution: Implemented a cloud-based solution running in container with auto-scaling.
Project Details:It is a cloud framework for gathering data, which is equipped with auto scaling of nodes as per the workload on the system. Integrated monitoring and alert system with stack driver. Used big query for data storage and implemented partitioning and clustering for making fast accessing of data and lessen up scan size. Implemented pub-sub flow for message queuing. Containerized deployment using Docker image

ProjectDetails: It is Client Portal for condor customer to view their current prices for different routes and visualize our recommended price calculated using varies parameters like bookings, holidays, season, historical data etc. Automated system to get the price from customer on GCS then airflow use that data to evaluate recommended price and store in big query and finally stored to file based system (Fire Store) to power BI. This whole system uses Google Airflow and Dataflow. We did follow micro services based architecture for API services.
