·        Initial Application walkthrough and understand the technology/ tools/ frameworksused and application business

·        Workshop (1 month in Honk Kong) at customer location to study and understand the existing technologies and systems / applications along with Architect team:

o   Existing Systems and Application study

o   Technical architecture study

o   Data flow and data stores study

o   Existing platform limitations and Issues

o   Come up with low level architecture

o   Propose technology stack

·        Feasibility check (offshore)

o   Identify POC’s to showcase the capability and feasibility of proposed architecture and technologies for the selected business case

o   Involved in development of POC’s

§ POC 1: ChatBot for customer order enquiry and order changes

§ POC 2: Portal for customer orders enquiry, case management, complaints, notifications

o   Assisting with Technical team for the POC’s and providing the required data existing systems

§ POC 3: RPA for order changes by reading the emails and understands the NLP

§ POC 4: AI for shipment date calculation based on the past Data and its trends in peak and non-peak seasons
