Telstra also has a different telecom product at the business level based on telecom which involved the development of Tableau Dashboards to services optimization KPI’s and Activity KPI’s for analysis of Performance, retail performance, services overview, etc.

Key Deliverables:

• Development:

Includes development of dashboards for Flow reporting of the business. Making requirement-specific changes to Data Model. Extract data from different cubes and process that data for Tableau development.

Responsibilities Included are:

• Client interactions to understand current business rules and present system
• Suggestion on the technology stack, pricing, and compatibility check
• Onsite coordinating and monitoring overall process of services trend and its impact
• Migrating existing static reports to interactive dashboards. Adding new metrics with drill-up & drill-down options to give the flexibility to end-users in interacting with the dashboard.

Dashboard development with requirement-specific use of Charts, Tables, etc. Create a dashboard and provide a quick performance overview by different services.
