· Setting up meetings with Business and Vendor related to the application.
· Taking Lead responsibilities for the application and drive the issues to resolution.
· Working on Root cause analysis for the priority issues.
· Managing Knowledge Transition for the applications.
· Focusing on Automation areas within the application.
· Focusing on Cost reduction and highlighting the same to business.
· Driving business initiatives for the applications assigned.
· Maintaining a balance between Onshore and Offshore teams.
· Defining the scope of responsibilities for the application assigned.
· Worked on Change and Incident Management for the applications assigned.
· Taking full responsibility of Release Management of the applications assigned.
· Presenting the Highlights, Lowlights and Activities assigned as part of weekly reporting to business.
· Creating weekly, monthly and Quarterly reports for the business to be presented in business meetings.
· Driving the remediation of vulnerabilities and making applications secure.
· Driving the Disaster Recovery process of applications.
· Worked on making all compliance parameters Green for the applications assigned.
· Representing in Change Management meetings for the changes of the applications assigned.
· Performing SOX audit for the applications.
· Leading password resets of service accounts and db accounts and making sure application does not get affected.
· Leading and implementing the upgrade of applications assigned and making sure no impact to business.
· Trying to accumulate organizational objectives into project objectives.
· Worked on entire architecture of the applications and making sure architecture diagrams gets updated if any new component gets involved or existing component gets removed.
· Leading the applications related talks with all applications related component teams and making sure all are updated with any activities ongoing within the application flow.
· Leading resource utilization for the project and making sure not all resources are on leave on the same day. Creating and Managing the Shift and Leave Planner for the project.
